If you are not satisfied with your Truck-Tool-Box, please return the product within 30 days from date of purchase. Products must be received in new condition unless you have contacted us with product damages in advance (see below). Buyer is responsible for the freight costs back to Truck-Tool-Box including proper packaging to ensure the shipment is not damaged on its way back to us.
If the product you received has been damaged during shipping to the you, Truck-Tool-Box will take full responsibility for getting the product back to our facility and replacing the product as quickly as possible. Please note that you (the customer) MUST acknowledge the damage when it is delivered from the freight company. Please be sure to fully inspect the product before signing for the delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any product damages. Please include pictures and any other details.
